Instead of simply pouring cold brew over ice (which is a treat in itself), what better way to celebrate the start of this season than by adding a touch of extra indulgence, care, and excitement to your day. We've rounded up some easy drinks featuring seasonal spring ingredients (perfect for Easter brunch, too!) that will elevate your daily cold brew moment. Whether you're looking to cool down after a workout or indulge in a midday treat, these cold brew recipes will keep you fueled and refreshed all spring long!
Passion Fruit Fizz
sweet tropics, purple flowers, bright
Ingredients:
- 30ml Colombia 170 - 25GRAMS Cold Brew
- 5ml lavender syrup
- 5ml orange blossom water
- 120ml tonic
- 1 large ice cube (5x5)
- Garnish: rosemary sprig and passion fruit
Method:
- Rub a rosemary sprig against the rim of the glass. This creates a fresh, herbal first impression on the nose. Optionally, you can also smoke the rosemary under the glass if you want a smokier aroma.
- Pour lavender syrup and orange blossom water over the ice cubes in the glass.
Pour tonic into the glass over the ice cube. - Let the cold brew float on the ice cube, it should form a layer on top.
- Cut a passion fruit in half and place it on the ice cube, resting on the rim of the glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Raspberry Sorbet Float

Ingredients:
- Raspberry sorbet
- 40ml El Salvador 222 - 25GRAMS Cold Brew
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- basil leaves
- Raspberries for garnishing
method
- Put 1 scoop of sorbet into a glass.
- Pour the lemon juice and simple syrup over it.
- Pour the cold brew into the glass and place it right next to the sorbet ice cream to keep it in tact
- Garnish with some fresh basil and a raspberry.

Hot Cross Bun
comforting, cinnamon spice, milky
Ingredients:
- 40ml oat milk
- 15ml oat milk cream
- 30ml Brasil 076 - 25GRAMS Cold Brew
- 15ml raisin water
- 10ml maple syrup
- cinnamon sticks
- Carnations
- 3 g vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon
Method:
- Let the cinnamon sticks and cloves steep in the oat milk overnight.
- Pour the milk and all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Sprinkle some ground cinnamon over the top and garnish with a cinnamon stick (which can also be used to stir the drink).

Mint Condition
refreshing, cheeky, sparkling
Ingredients:
- 35ml Decaffeinated 000 - 25GRAMS Cold Brew
- Coconut water
- Agave syrup
- Ginger
- Lime wedges
- Mint leaves
- Vanilla extract
- desiccated coconut
Method:

Boil ginger and agave syrup, vanilla extract, and a few teaspoons of water and let the flavors blend. Let it cool and bottle.

Line a glass with coconut flakes.

Place mint leaves, lime wedges, ginger and agave syrup in the bottom of the glass and mix together.

Add crushed ice and 2/3 of the coconut water.

Pour the cold brew over it so that it floats on top of the drink.

Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves.

Simple but effective
Coffee-forward, invigorating, citrusy
Ingredients:
- ice cubes
120ml El Salvador 222 - 25GRAMS Cold Brew - lemon wedge
- Optional: mint leaves
Method:
- Put ice cubes in a glass and pour the cold brew over it
- Squeeze some fresh lemon juice from a lemon wedge into the cold brew and squeeze the zest onto the glass, add some mint leaves.
